Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 to 4 business days. During high-volume periods, fulfillment may take up to 10 to 14 business days. If there is a delay, we’ll notify you by email.
All shipments include tracking. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, the buyer is responsible for monitoring and receiving delivery.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or seized shipments once they leave our facility. International customers are responsible for understanding their local import laws before ordering. No refunds will be issued for customs rejections or delivery failures outside of our control.
Returns and Replacements
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our research compounds, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@bulkglp.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We will evaluate claims and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny claims if we suspect misuse, tampering, or fraudulent activity.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not been packed or shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
