Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received and cleared.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
  • During peak periods or product launches, processing may extend by 1–2 days; we’ll notify you if delays occur.

Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available options are displayed at checkout based on destination and service level (Standard, Expedited, Overnight where available). A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout according to package weight, destination, and selected speed.
  • Occasional free or discounted shipping promotions may apply; terms will be stated on the promotion page.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard: typically 3–5 business days in transit.
  • Expedited: typically 2–3 business days in transit.
  • Overnight: 1 business day where supported by the carrier and destination.

International Shipping

  • We ship to select countries. Availability and service levels vary by destination.
  • The recipient is responsible for compliance with local laws and import regulations, as well as any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country.
  • BulkGLP is not responsible for packages delayed, detained, or rejected by customs. Transit times do not include customs processing time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon shipment. We are not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage once the carrier has accepted the package.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and contents so we can assist with a carrier claim.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier to open a trace/claim.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Packages returned due to address errors or non-delivery may incur additional re-shipment fees.

Restrictions & Compliance

  • All products are sold for research and development use only.
  • Products are not for human consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
  • Orders may be canceled or delayed if compliance concerns arise or if we cannot verify order details.
